Outbound Program
All 60,000 records on the A-ZGovBIZ database are contacted at least once throughout the year via an outreach program to validate the accuracy of the current information on file.
Inbound Program
Subscribers are invited to send their email bounce reports to the A-Z research team to update and re-activate.
